Your uploaded audio is used to provide the Moozix workflow you request. We do not use your uploaded audio, stems, reference tracks, mixes, or masters to train public AI models. We do not publicly showcase your audio or outputs for marketing unless you give us permission or deliberately publish/share them through a public feature.
4. How We Share Information

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Moozix uses essential cookies and similar storage for security, login sessions, CSRF protection, remembering your cookie choice, and basic site operation. These are needed for the Service to work.
On the public site, non-essential analytics and marketing technologies are off unless you choose to allow them. You can accept all, reject non-essential cookies, or customize analytics and marketing separately. You can reopen your preferences from the Cookie Settings link in the footer.
- Analytics: Helps us understand page visits, traffic sources, and product interest with Google Analytics.
- Marketing: Helps us measure Google Ads conversions and campaign performance.
- First-party Attribution: If analytics or marketing is allowed, Moozix may remember first-party campaign/source context so signup attribution is not lost during the visit.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings, but blocking essential cookies may affect login, security, or product functionality.
6. Data Retention
Moozix is not designed to be long-term storage for your uploaded audio. You should download files you want to keep.
- Uploaded Audio and Mix Session Files: Audio uploads, previews, processed stems, masters, and related session files are automatically removed from active file storage after a short operational window. Product pages may state the current target window, such as 24 hours. Cleanup timing can vary for operational reasons.
- Custom Style and Project Metadata: Account settings, custom reference style records, project/session metadata, feedback, and usage history may remain while your account or related feature remains active, unless deleted or no longer needed.
- Account and Billing Records: Retained while your account is active and as needed for tax, accounting, legal, security, dispute, and compliance obligations.
- Logs and Diagnostics: Retained for reasonable periods to secure, debug, and improve the Service.
- Backups: Residual data may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period before deletion cycles complete.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
