Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Moozix.com and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Moozix LLC ("Moozix," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Moozix LLC. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract to use the Service.
Moozix currently focuses on online audio mixing and mastering. The Service may let you upload stems, vocals, beats, instruments, stereo mixes, full songs, and reference tracks; split or organize audio; create mix and master previews; generate processed stems, premaster mixes, MP3 previews, and 24-bit WAV masters; and save custom reference style profiles where supported.
Moozix is not a distribution service, long-term file storage service, legal rights-clearance service, or substitute for professional legal advice about music rights. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.
You are responsible for account activity and for keeping credentials secure. Notify us promptly at support@moozix.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts for security reasons, non-payment, abuse, legal risk, or violations of these Terms.
Your Content: You may upload audio files and related project information, including stems, vocals, beats, instruments, stereo mixes, full songs, and reference tracks ("User Content").
Outputs: The Service may create previews, mixes, masters, processed stems, premaster files, analysis, metadata, custom style profiles, MP3s, WAVs, and related files ("Outputs").
Ownership: As between you and Moozix, you retain rights you hold in your User Content. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, Moozix does not claim ownership of your Outputs.
License to Moozix: You grant Moozix and its subprocessors a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, transform, process, analyze, and display User Content and Outputs solely to operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Service, provide requested support, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
No Model Training on Uploaded Audio: Moozix does not use your uploaded audio, stems, reference tracks, mixes, or masters to train public AI models.
No Public Showcase Without Permission: We will not publicly showcase your specific audio or Outputs for marketing without your permission or unless you deliberately publish/share them through a public feature.
Your Responsibility: You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload, process, transform, download, distribute, and commercially use your User Content and resulting Outputs, including any rights of copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, voice, sample, beat, instrumental, and composition ownership.
Moozix can help finish audio, but it cannot clear samples, beats, vocals, compositions, generated music platform rights, publishing rights, or distribution rights for you. Before releasing a song, you are responsible for confirming that your source audio, references, samples, vocals, beats, lyrics, and final files can legally be used in the way you intend.
You may not use the Service to create, upload, process, distribute, or attempt activity that:
We may investigate activity, remove content, suspend accounts, limit access, and cooperate with legal authorities where appropriate.
Free and Paid Features: Some features may be available as previews or free trials. Final exports, processed stems, custom reference styles, higher-quality downloads, additional processing, or commercial-use rights may require a paid plan or credits as shown in-product or on pricing pages.
Subscriptions: Subscription fees are billed in advance and auto-renew unless cancelled. You may manage billing through available billing settings or the billing portal.
Credits: Purchased credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Credit validity windows are described in-product or at purchase.
Failed Payments and Downgrade: If billing fails or a subscription ends, we may downgrade your plan, adjust feature access, restrict exports, and apply free-tier limits.
AI Output Variability: Audio processing can be imperfect, unexpected, or unsuitable for your taste or release plans. Dissatisfaction with a creative output alone does not automatically entitle a refund unless required by law or explicitly offered.
Moozix is built for short-term audio processing, not permanent storage. You are responsible for downloading and backing up files you want to keep.
Uploaded audio, previews, processed stems, masters, and mix session files are automatically removed from active file storage after a short operational window. Product pages may state the current target window, such as 24 hours. Cleanup timing can vary for operational reasons, and limited residual copies may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or security systems before deletion cycles complete.
Account records, transaction records, usage metadata, custom reference style records, feedback, and support records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
We use third-party providers for hosting, storage, audio processing, analytics, communications, payment processing, security, and support. Your content and data may be processed by these providers as needed to deliver the Service.
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains data handling practices, file retention, cookie choices, and your rights/choices.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact support@moozix.com with enough detail for us to investigate. We may remove content and/or suspend repeat infringers where appropriate.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOOZIX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, THAT OUTPUTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE LEGALLY CLEAR FOR YOUR SPECIFIC USE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOOZIX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, CONTENT, FILES, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO MOOZIX IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
You agree to indemnify and hold Moozix and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and providers harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your User Content, Outputs, use of the Service, release/distribution of audio, or breach of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access at any time for legal, security, abuse, payment, operational, or Terms-related reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive termination, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, and dispute terms, survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by Georgia law, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Atlanta, Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Class Action Waiver: To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis, not as a class, collective, or representative action.
Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the complete agreement regarding the Service.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without consent. Moozix may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset transfer.
