Playback is loading or there is no sound
Check preview readiness, track state, mute/solo, device audio and browser limitations.

Check whether the player can run yet #
The bottom transport hides while uploading or mixing and returns when nothing is processing and playable audio is available. Raw stems can be heard after preparation, before the first mix.
When you press Play, a loading state indicates previews being fetched or decoded. MP3 previews preload and are reused for the current versions during the visit. A later visit or changed file can need a new download; a fresh WAV export is separate from browser preview caching.
Check the audio path #
- Check device volume, headphones and the current output device.
- Check that the browser tab/site is not muted.
- Press Play yourself; browser autoplay restrictions can require a user gesture.
- Clear unexpected Solo selections and unmute parts you want to hear.
- Check the track's level and that you are not auditioning only a silent section.
- Try a track's individual preview to separate a file problem from a full-mix problem.
A file that starts with silence will still begin with silence because stems stay aligned to the song start.
Use the saved preview rather than re-uploading #
If the status says some previews failed, press Play to retry loading them after the connection returns. On slower mobile devices, the app may prepare a combined preview for playback.
Keep the tab visible while testing. A phone can suspend browser audio or downloads when locked or backgrounded. Try the current browser again before assuming the stored WAV is missing.
When to contact support #
If a prepared track consistently fails to load, note whether the problem affects Original, Mixed, the whole mix or only the master. Include the session link, browser/device and exact loading/error text.
If you can download the WAV with your plan/access and it plays locally, mention that too. Do not repeatedly remove and re-upload every stem just to diagnose a single preview problem.
